      Pros

      Company always investing in training to develop it´s employees. Either to make former aviation/turism resourses fit its IT workfloe and the other way around.

      Cons

      Very complicated hierarchy and still lost wether to centralize or regionalize management. Very common to work near to your Director, but between you two, a manager in another country.
