      Pros

      Flexible working time, lots of trainings and when there is a new position open, they have to announce it internnaly, just in case some employee is interested

      Cons

      Now, they're opening a lot of new positions (or substitute positions of people in Germany) in India, so, there are less opportunities for people in Germany.

      The company sector, a mix between tourism and IT The environment (nice buildings surrounded by the forest) Bonuses: premium calculated on company's performance, discounts on many activities, payment of toll fees and car fees... No high pressure

      Cons

      The size of the company is huge and the organization does not look very clear As an apprentice/ intern, you should propose your own project to make your experience valuable
