starters - free food enjoyment - playzone with pool,tt,foosball,xbox travel - present at multiple locations so might get a chance for onsite customers - a lot of customers and big airlines too work - team dependent

Cons

a lot of work on internal tool, so not much to present to anyone else. people beside you will be relaxed so you tend to go easy on deadlines

Pros

Vision, people and management = excellent. A very good brand to be associated with in the travel technology industry. Excellent benefits on top of the base pay. Almost everyone enjoys a healthy work life balance. Conducive environment for employees to bring about change / innovation / product improvements. Almost everyone can speak a good level of English.

Cons

Generally, slow career progression (there are exceptions of course). Base pay is not the most competitive (but work life balance is an upside - so a con depending on your life style / goals) Too many dependencies, slow to react (classic industry leader negatives) Definitely not a meritocratic environment (seniority rules)
