the same pay you start with will be the same pay you receive years from now unless you move up in a position you do not receive proper training then you get penalized if you mess up but you never received the correct training

be prepared that your last check will be minimum wage with no commissions paid even if you give notice. They have no loyalty to you at all and will fire 20-30 people just so the managements numbers will look good. Ghetto as hell offices and the leads are beat to death!!! i spent days calling on disconnected numbers! The top performers all cheat and (cherry pick) and management wont do a thing about it. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Steady pay, paid training, variety of shifts available.

Cons

Cold management, policies only apply to some, HIGH turnover rate. Absolutely no leeway for those with medical conditions. Management obviously favors some employees over others, and the attendance policy will not apply so strictly to those favored as opposed to others. I saw a girl fired for missing two days due to an emergency room visit and emergency medical procedure, same thing for another girl with heart condition, yet another woman who had a cold for a couple days got to keep her job.
