Pros

One good thing about working for Alorica was that it was fun to talk about TV all day. My co-workers were great great to be around too.

Cons

Everyone felt a little too micromanaged. The commission structure was pretty flawed as well. I generally felt that the management was pretty unprofessional.

Pros

Pay is decent at around $10.00per hour

Cons

No raises and represented to sell additional American Express credit cards to every call. If you have to transfer a call to the travel department then the quality of customer service they give the customer is called your survey even when the customers comments it's very clear who they spoke to. For example, customer stated the rep was rude and horrible. He bookends flight wrong. When in reality the girl who has to transfer this call is screwed against her bonus just because of someone else's poor service. By the way most of the travel department is located in india so the customers get very frustrated that they can't talk to a person from the USA. If you are a Christian working here then you have to say happy holidays or dec 25, you will get talked to or possibly fired if you tell customers Christmas or have a blessed day.
