*Expected to work endlessly. They dont care if you are hungry or sick. You must keep working. *Office is in poor condition. No clean water or proper toilets. Its a joke to call it a software company. *Only few seniors have very high packages(which is probably why they stay here for years). Compared to number of working hours(around 12 ) you are paid peanuts. Make the calculation sensibly, don't get excited by only package amount. It comes at a heavy cost. *Advice : Once you have finished the bond just run away. Find another job in any company and you will understand how horrible this company really is. If you do have other options do not join here.

1. PM will say 'your salary will increase in next month' until your last breath to leave company. Very poor salary hike. 2. Heavy work load need to do work more than 11 hours daily with 1.44L package for fresher too. 3. No proper schedule time table you may leave office at 10 PM or it may extend 2-3 AM 4. No facility for employees (Pick n drop, PF, Insurance, no single event for enjoyment, ) 5. Don't show attitude be quite and just say 'Yes Sir' and 'Yes Mam' 6. Need to work on weekend without compOff , if you don't then you are not taking responsibilities. 7. Monthly 1.25 leave If your take more than this then check your salary. 8. Week HR department Since Heavy work load on them who take daily 40-50 fresher test(daily) 9. You will get salary cheque Since you don't get bank account till 4-5 months minimum Since I completed my 10 Month.
