Pros
This Company is very good for People to learn Technologies,Start There Carriers but do not try to find stability in this company. They Will Make You life hell with time because they don,t have Work Schedule.
Their Plans are only for increasing there profits ,Not Yours and for profit they don,t care about your personal life they. You have to work for two three weeks continuously and this will be very frequent.
What I have realized with my experience there are very less technical people in this company who are still there even your team lead will never help you out in your problems he will only try to put force behind you.
most of the time it will happen even for years. After Working about three years i have realized that they are not providing even single glass of pure water to there employees there are doing cost cutting there,Even i have never find a good place to sit.no personal higine. even if you become ill they will call you and try to put
mental pressure buy knowing your personal weakness .
One Interesting story i am going to tell you is -
One person become a father and asked management to change his time to morning as he is working in late night for a long time and he was very capable they directly told him to quit just because he raise a voice against management.
They don,t care what kind of work you are doing for them what kind of complex work you are doing for them.
They just know how much money you are generating for them .
"There are a lot of persons who states that they have suppressed even excellent people to bring their growth at this stage." - And this is very demotivating for a real man when he hear this.
They are still failing in sustaining good People.
So The moral of story is Don't Love your Company always love your job. This is not a nice company to work with for a long time.
And This Is Advice for capable people not for in capable people to use this company for your growth not for their otherwise you will remember this company rest of your whole life and they will take a second to forgot..

No Technicality at high level only you will find morons not leaders.There is no work life balance this is only statement of ethical morons who believes in making living of there not life of others .
