Not good for fresher, No training for latest technology

Lots of Cons. 1. Managers are monsters they screw your life 2.No Work-life balance. 3.No Cultural life. No Birthday celebration, No team lunch, dinner 4.Only Male candidates everywhere on the floor 5.You need to send the message to WhatsApp group that you are Checked In, Checked out, Lunch in, lunch out. 6.You cannot leave your sit even you are free. No out time. If you leaving office after 9 hours, manager keep looking at you like you are making any crime. 7.One manager recording you what you are doing on his mobile. 8.No PF, Mediclaims, LTA, Bonus. 9.No salary slips on time. Sometime you will get salary slip of 3 months at a time as a hard copy. No portal for salary slip and leave tracking. 10.Don't get leaves on time, even someone died in your family and you take urgent leave they keep calling you to join office. 11.For fresher every Saturday is working. Don't get any Complementary off even if you work on weekends. You need to beg for it. 100 rs night allowance even you work till 2 AM. 12.If you resign then your life is worst for those 2/3 months. So finally if you want to make your happy life worst they are ready to welcome you.
