      As a fresher, i got to learn a lot on different technologies. Good package.

      Long working hours. Personal and Professional life are effected, employees had to work more than 10 hours everyday.

      Every task are your chellenge. No one person will help you. No one tell you how it's done? Just search on internet and do. If you havr experience then you do work in this place.

      You can learn a lot if you are in a good team.

      Cons

      Work Timing is very hectic. You will be working there for at least 12 hours. If they hire you for Web Developer, there is no guarantee that you will be working on web development. They motivate you to work hard that is work longer hours.
