Bad management ,no facilities provided

worst environment, no refreshments except water are provided, no appreciation from authorities, they have policy of increment after 9 months but these 9 months will converted to 19 months later also you will not get satisfactory amount. they pay you like a regular intern and expect to work like professionals. no payroll system for leaves & pay slips, No PF scheme. they will interview you for the role but they will make sure you will not get project for that technology they will assign you something that you don't know.
