      Flexible timings Good Increments If managers sees you're efficient employer you can have quick growth

      Cons

      Timing Issues Some Managers can't manipulate client so its you who have to work overnight on weekends when the product is in release phase. No Extra benefits - No comb-off,No extra pay for staying late.
