      They gave fuIl salary in your(employee) hand, NO, PF. But I didn't find any pros over there except this one.

      Cons

      The senior(Experienced more than 3) staff is not supportive to the freshers or newly joined employees.

      1.Increment totally depend on your luck not on your performance , if you are under gud team manager then you will get the it otherwise you are totally screwed. 2. Process does not exist here at all... 3.QA'S are like question mark over here... 4.Employees are treated like slaves... specially QA. 5.Top management employees those have exp greater than 5 years need to be replaced...
