At the end of the day you will just be puppets in the hand of management and no matter how much time and energy you might invest, the company will be zero interested in your professional growth. Chairs are broken... Some of the senior colleagues chew gutka and spit it in the dustbin kept beneath the desk... You'll have to bear with Uncivilised managers, seniors and colleagues
