Not recommended for Ladies. You will encounter team leads who are dominant in nature. Because at Aloha all team leads have 15 years of experience in same organisation. So, there mindset is like king of Aloha.
They won't even pay basic amount.
I would suggest that do some hard work more and join another organisation.
