They are a forward thinking company. I've been here for almost 3 years and I think the leadership is very committed to our individual success as well as the success of the company.

Cons

Not many to speak of. I have had one or two managers that had different values than me so that wasn't a great fit but there is a lot of room to move forward and laterally to find a better fit.
