Cons

Bureaucratic structure, shifting leadership and role ambiguity, risk of burnout from workload, and limited long-term growth opportunities.

Pros

Benefits starts from day 1

Cons

One of the cons is they raised the sales quota. Just as an example — before, if you sold 10 items you’d make $100 in commission, but now to make that same $100 you’ve got to sell 13. So you’re working harder for the same payout.

Pros

Flexibility and ability to make an impact on lives

Cons

Product eligibility restrictions as Allstate is trying to limit their risk and have limited market.
