Pros

Steady Job Potential to move up Commission can be pretty good if your good at sales Hours are flexible

Cons

This past year, Allstate cut their best selling type of coverage, which just so happened to be the cheapest. Allstate only targets people who have had no accidents, no tickets, etc.. If you don't have one of these, then your rate is going to be pretty high. This makes it hard for me because it becomes a lot harder to compete with the other companies.
