Pros

Competitive benefits were offered and nice work from home perks

Cons

A lot of turnover which led to constant restructuring of departments. I had over 9 managers in my almost 3 years at the company.

Pros

Can be cheap, easy to work with and set up. Culture is great

Cons

Systems are slow, Allstate corporate seems to hate their agents, raising goals and lowering rewards for hitting those goals. Not great

Pros

Great benefits, stable company with solid reputation. Cares about communities.

Cons

The company keeps talking about transformation, but they have far too many long-term employees who do not want to change. They're just hanging onto processes they've always followed waiting to retire and they see newer employees as a threat. Finally, HR does nothing to address toxic leadership.
