Good amount of PTOs Flexibility in your schedule

Cons

Unbearable workload, not enough hours in the day for the job Management is not consistent, everyone gives you a different answer Support from Management is almost never available Every step has a thousand processes and you are responsible for each one of them Compensation is weak, you can win gas cards for meeting the goal but they get taxed for them in your check, so you end up getting half the value of the card

You get alot of time off at Allstate. And that is the only benefit you recieve at this company. All other aspects of employement are negative

Cons

Terrible pay, poor management, aweful communication, weak strategy and a very bad outlook. I have been at Allstate and I can say without a doubt that it is one company that you do not want to work for

I got my P&C License Got a free lunch bag! They have nice bathrooms! High turn over, so there is plenty of parking!

Cons

Management is unprofessional and do not know anything! They claim to hire the best, YEAH RIGHT! They hire anyone who is stupid enough to stay! It is a sweat shop, all work no play! The only thing that separates you from a telemarketer is a license! People in the HR office are worthless & don't know anything! You call on the same leads over and over! Managers hover and listen in on your calls, then hassle you on how it could of been better, but they haven't spent a minute on the phone doing your job!
