Pros

I had a good direct manager and generally supportive culture within my team

Cons

The recruiter who hired me lied about the claim load, types of claims I would be handling, and expectations for hours worked on a weekly basis. The position I was hired to was experimental, but the company did not listen to employee feedback from those working the position. The position was paid salary, and the workload was 60+ hours per week to keep up - and this was not during a busy season. Ultimately, the position was dissolved.
