Pros

Nice coaches, nice trainers, they make the training class fun to attend. They are lenient (a little too lenient) with their attendance policy, only if you have a valid reason. Its essentially a call-center environment, so they try to make it as fun and relaxing as possible. Overall it is an excellent company to work for, and I am glad I was hired here.

Cons

very little cons, but if I must then an increase in salary or base pay would be nice, plus an hour long lunch wouldnt hurt.

Pros

Great training Decent Vacation Good team building.

Cons

Senior leadership without breath of experience. 80/20 rule applied to projects is great, but when applying employee cuts to those assigned to the 20% of the projects they had no choice to avoid, unfair.
