Pros

I feel valued as an employee, an important part of my team, and empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of claim handling. As a field adjuster, if you do your job, nobody asks questions. I work 8-4pm. 40 hrs. It is very common to meet people at Allstate with 10-20 years here. I plan to retire here. I only hear horror stories from other carriers. Benefits are really good too. We get a ton of PTO time.

Cons

Have to pay $220 a month for company fleet vehicle. However, Allstate pays for gas and maintenance and you can use for personal driving.
