Pros

Benefits package is decent I guess.

Cons

They don’t care about employees. They don’t hold timekeeping accountable for mistakes. The employee just gets told oh well. They stopped caring about anyone, only care about their bottom lines. They laid people off and put the work on Express Team and sure, they gave everyone a raise but if you worked hard and earned one last year it wasn’t much. Now, they tell us that the occurrence policy has changed and is retroactive 365 days so half the org is now going to get in trouble if they need time off. But Allstate makes out cause they don’t have to give raises to someone on a UN next year. And you can’t take off if you need to. I had surgery in January and had to use protected time. Time keeping screwed up and then they took half my paycheck and then some for an over payment mistake time keeping made. They did this without warning.

Pros

The pay is ok, not great for what we deal with.

Cons

Micro managed, if you have a quality of 100% they will find something to knit pick about. Benefits are not great. Only company I know that gives you 23 PTO days. It does not accrue every pay period. The adjusters allow for used parts. They’re all about competition amongst themselves when some coworkers don’t even want to get involved, they just want to work. They force to sell digital payments tot he customer. You are forced to sale a network shop and if you don’t get it, you get dinged for that.
