Pros

Nationwide, good benefits, positive diversity and inclusion policy, remote options

Cons

Restructuring with mass layoffs since 2020, Support staff functions centralized and lack of supervision/control, move from experienced litigators/trial attorneys in upper legal management to legal business, loss of collaboration, loss of transparency, failure to follow through with promises of cost of living raises, focus on busy work detracting from serving clients creating a toxic work life balance

Pros

Some agents will buy quality leads because they value you, this is how you will earn a living.

Cons

Corporate is constantly competing with agents for items sold. Some agents simply don't value you and cannot accept that Allstate's products simply aren't feasible for most people.
