The pay was decent for the location, shifts were often boring.

Cons

Poor leadership from all aspects. Schedules were only given out weekly leading to employees being unable schedule important life events. You couldn't take time off even when request 2-3 weeks out without getting guilt tripped. Even if take off was scheduled in advance it was often denied citing issues noted blow. Consistent lying to bully employees. Often in a state of being "understaffed" and "overstaffed" at the same time. Yet would call you in as soon finished a shift. Retaliatory practices that never were punished. Failure to actually competently administer mandatory CPR tests. Usually signing a paper acknowledgement.

Cons

Some (not all) of the employees... as well as higher level management, like to act like cops! lol (this is somewhat normal in the security field, but when they get out of and (and they do) ... I tell them to go apply at the nearest police station)... most woukd never pass the physical nor the exam! lol
