- Do not value, care for or have any compassion for their employees. - The corporate office is completely dysfunctional & disorganized. - Retaliation towards employees who know their rights and speak up for themselves . - Will work you to death (literally). They expect you to live, breathe and eat Allied. 6 days on one day off - Discriminatory against religion, sex, creed, orientation. - Account managers are operating HR inquires and procedures (without HR present) - Favoritism with employees who condone harassment of every kind. - Refusal to accommodate any medical needs (even with documentation). - Employees are unarmed on the front line Truthfully, this job is a paid abyss.
