Too Much Turn-over

Pros

Learn a great deal about security and customer service. Work is not physically demanding. Constant change. Highest rated security company and one of the largest in the country.

Cons

As title said too much turnover. No incentives, no clear career path. Cannot sustain living expenses. Below market average pay. Benefits package too expensive. Uniforms are poor quality and make people look terrible.

Pros

its a great oppurtunity to excel in a security field and or police if you chose that path.

Cons

the lack of uniformity. There is No AMERICAN FLAG on the uniform. i spoke to co workers and they said if someone is from a different country it might offend them thats why we dont wear the American Flag. if they are from a different country working inside the United States of America and they dont like our flag then why work in this country. This is America. and Im proud to be here. i would like to wear a flag on my uniform.

Pros

Lots of free online training available. Corporate culture is geared toward training and educating guards and fire-safety officers. Well developed philosophy of customer service.

Cons

A lot of managers are hired in because they are former cops. They don't have any management skills or experience and are not customer service oriented. The company is entirely focused on physical security and providing guards for manned posts. They are not competitive in their market with companies that offer integrated technical security services.
