Pros

Workload is easy. Requires very little thinking. Flexible depending on your life situation

Cons

Management is awful. Pay isn't great. Full time employees cannot make use of their "generous benefits package" no paid time off within the 1st year. Uniform allowance is taken out of your pay at a rate of $20 a check. Same goes for your guard license. Pretty anything you need to perform your job, you pay for it. Pretty dumb considering they NEED YOU to perform the job.

Pros

The job is a cake walk and can be done by anyone, but you get paid for what you do which is nothing.

Cons

Certain supervisors and account managers are nonchalant and not credible or trustworthy. They are also compulsive liars and will throw their own security officers under the bus if worse comes to worst.
