1. Get to meet a lot of different people, make friendships & connections. 2. Depending on the site, the work is easy. Patrolling, talking to people, filling out a daily log & other reports. 3. Better than working at a fast food place & will probably get paid more than minimum. 4. Not hard to advance.

Cons

1. When I first started working, the company was AlliedBarton & I loved working for my boss. He was understanding and fair. Since the merge with Universal my boss has been under a lot of stress, making his attitude unbearable. He has been really disrespectful towards me and has threatened my job and my co-workers jobs. 2. No raises, unless the client approves. 3. Since turnover is high in this industry, you may have to work over-time, may be a pro to some.
