Pros

Overtime, very easy job. You get paid time 1/2 for working holidays.

Cons

This company doesn't care about its employees. There's no room for growth. The highest u can go is supervisor. This is basically a dead end job.

Pros

The salary is pretty good and you can get alot of overtime hours at times; depending on what site(s) you work at & what other officers there - the work should be pretty straight forward & get along pretty good with fellow officers; there is alot of online certification(s) to follow when working for Allied Universal but it is very educational & can be very helpful in your daily work at your assigned work site too.

Cons

Depending on your assigned site(s) - Getting along with certain irate co-workers which caused friction & resentment at times with officers; Higher cost for company medical benefits.
