Pros

Great site, allows the director of the site to run the ship their way.

Cons

Administration, bookkeeping ate terrible. Get paid every week and haven't gotten a pays tub in months, didn't give paid sick time until a couple months various other problems.

Pros

Allied truly gives you the resources to succeed, they try their best to support you along your journey into the security field. They gave me an opportunity to grow and gain some valuable experience, and I know being employed by them will open up many more doors down the road.

Cons

Sometimes there can be miscommunication with filing DCJS applications. Usually you just have to remind your Operations Manager to go back thru. They will! The operations managers do have alot on their plates working 7 days a week. So if you dont have the patience to wait it out then maybe its not for you, but they are outstanding with their jobs.
