If one works in a Mall setting your compensation will be marginal

Harassment is real. There are no real classes that are given at sites to give real insight on how to handle it or the right way to go about reporting an incident. No matter how many papers you sign on the matter it didn't help. I used the open door policy and spoke not only to property management but also my account manager about the culprit of my concern my supervisor who was also the assistant accountant manager. Afterwards I was in touch with an HR representative who never followed up, or answered the phone, or returned my phone call after leaving messages. The account manager, aside from my being a model Security Officer, sided with the assistant account manager,even though he was in the wrong, and I was let go.
