Pros

Set schedule, pay rate, chance for overtime. uniforms provided, refund for uniforms when returned after no longer employed by the company

Cons

Supervisors are hit and miss, the clientele for some of the sites hate security and try to get you into trouble when they mess up.

A great job if you're fresh out of high school or retired.

Cons

No regards to personal time, never a heads up on a work schedule, have to drive personal vehicle up to 2 hours away to job sites and aren't reimbursed for it. Overall too many cons to name.
