Inconsistent site experiences with weak communication from management

Being paid weekly. Certain sites that you get assigned to can either have great pay with good employees, Bad pay with good employees or good pay with horrible employees not really an in between.

Cons

Allied don't communicate with you much once you get assigned an site. They are the type to set it and forget it, other than that there isn't much issue with working with them.
