      - Good work-life balance - Job Security - Provides all kinds of facilities you could think of (Annual gifts, parties, Free health check-ups, free LinkedIn learning, "you pass we pay" - basically you do some educational course & pass, Allianz will reimburse the course fee.

      There may be some, but not many.

      Cons

      Bullying and pressuring surveyors into producing more units of output appears to be a widely accepted practice. Expected to work 30% additional hours every week for no additional pay. Management have created a culture whereby speed and output is more important than quality inspections. Mandated targets in the inspection industry sets a dangerous precedence. Overall I would strongly recommend avoiding unless you are desperate.
