      Benefits, Paid time off, Flexible hours,

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and mentally exhausting. Top leadership claims that they care, but their actions have shown that they do not care about onshore operations and only want to offshore everything to save a dollar. Everyone feels like they need to constantly prove themselves, which has created a toxic culture of “every man for himself.” Passive aggressiveness, finger pointing, and constantly trying to take the spotlight from coworkers.

      Poor pay. Poor progression. Old fashioned values. WFH is frowned upon too. Outdated systems.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Immediate manager impossible to work with. Work life balance is nothing to write home about, and the salary is poor and dismal. Bonus structure is very unfair and somewhat discriminatory.
