      Lot of things happening at the same time

      Cons

      Lots of them, no focus, favorite are given places over those who are good. They don't handle mergers well although they claim to have done many. They talk of ethics but actually have to first look at themselves before they take action against others. IT systems are crap and very backward, doesn't cater to the public needs. People in the higher positions are clueless about running off a company yet are allowed to continue. Poor pay.

      Pros

      Employee policies like work from home, annual parties and freebies are good once you join.

      Cons

      Hiring and off Boarding processes are very bad. HRs are worst, no support to employees and their concerns. They do not want to do any work. They donot have any tools and processes to manage work. Just one can roam around them but do not expect your work to be done. HRs hire irrationally, for less experienced they can give higher designation and lower compensation. Not at all transparent with their hiring and compensation. Technology wise quite backward.
