      Pros

      Great recognition of the firm everywhere, amazing people, nice growth opportunities.. good pay, good managers, a very good carrer advancement program is there, you can easily climb on top, a very good work and life balance program, good access to the gym and other facilities. Every one is respectful of what we do, no one interferes in one's work at all. A very very highly recommended place to work, yeah

      Too large a company, a lot of people working, do not know everyone at a personal level, some times it can get a little boring, the pay is great though..

      Pros

      Strong sense of purpose and togetherness among the lower level employees. The benefits such as 401k match and vacation time are excellent. The work ethic and dedication of employees is second to none There is a chance to face difficult challenges early in your career which can be a great learning experience. There are a wide range of positions and moving around is encouraged so that you can find the path that suits you best.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from senior leadership on company's direction and affect on employees. Company is outsourcing jobs and the future is not stable. Negative press has hurt sales and emloyee morale.
