      Pros

      The positive leadership culture cultivates a positive work environment. The compensation, benefits, personal and career development opportunities make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      It is difficult to identify many. I have had an almost entirely positive experience. I guess the expectations are high but incredibly fair. I always feel like leadership will do anything they can to help me be successful.

      The job is interesting and you will enjoy it.

      Cons

      The company is cheap. They don't want to pay for the quality employees bring to the table. They want to give you as little as possible and make you beg to be paid what they should be paying you.
