Great facility, health club and child care. Good location.

Cons

No stock options for managers, bonus plan isn't tied to results directly, and layoffs are constant. Every 6 months 2-3 people in our department get laid off.

It is a good company to work for, you can easily get a job somewhere else - another country - lots of opportunities in a growing company.

Cons

Very dependant on head office and therefore very limited in the decisions locally.
