      Pros

      Good benefits such as healthcare, 401k, vacation, and executive management have the right idea about the direction of the company.

      Cons

      Middle management seems clueless and nobody can make a decision. Execution of executive managment strategies is poor at best. Promotion seems to happen more at the management level than at the staff level. Little chance to move around even international or national. Growth is limited.

      Pros

      The company is a startup in Bucharest and by the time i left they only had 6 moths going, in which they mannaged to grow from 4 employees to about 20, with plans to go to 50 by the end of the year. They pay prettty welll and there are plenty of oportunitiess for advancement.

      Cons

      This is still an outsorcing business, and you will be a gear in the giant cog that is Allianz. If you like detail work and working with office all day you will fit in. If not, you will find the work boring and without satisfaction. The woking hours can be long and you will get a hard time form some of the management and the clients.
