There is a good multinational exposure. Employees and CEO is very friendly and nice.

Cons

Compensation and rewards are too small. Company should value the graduates more who are having considerable level of qualifications. otherwise they tend to leave the company even though the company is well reputed one.

Cons

Market Management has a growing influence & they do not contribute to the bottom line. Growing the layers of management, used to be more stream-lined company.

Known for their best HR practices, employee engagement and career growth. Diverse work culture, extra curricular activities, Flexy timings etc are other attributes

Cons

Mostly BPO in nature. Hence the stability of the company depends a lot on stability of the industry. There are hardly any more cons to say.
