      Pros

      Large company, mobility inside the group is guaranteed. Managers are willing to listen to the employees. Company values are well expressed. Allianz employees have access to a wide range of benefits.

      Cons

      The internal bureaucratic procedures can be tiring and can slow down fast actions: being a large and old company, some functions could be redesigned. Work-life balance is fair but fluctuates pretty heavily according to deadlines.

      This is the most open and caring company I have ever worked for. The overall corporation is here to help you succeed and there are so many ways to grow professionally. The work-life balance is a key priority and the atmosphere makes coming to work fun.

      Cons

      They want top-tier schooling but the reimbursement program does not reflect the price.
