On the graduate scheme you get to work in 4 difference placements in just over 2 years: Claims, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Underwriting. This provides a fantastic opportunity to 'test out' different areas to find out what really suits you, and where you would like to find a permanent role.

Cons

Being geographically mobile for the two years can be tedious.
