Good for those just starting and want some training

Pros

Overall, nice environment to work in and the people are nice. The base pay is decent and they do try to make it fun. If you are starting out in this field, they have good training for those who have never done this before.

Cons

They treat everyone as though they are just starting out no matter your experience. Supervisors are chosen based on their willingness to follow, kiss-up and tow the line. Innovation is discouraged. Technology not good. Management picks favorites rather than choosing based on objective measures of competence. Actually they don't have many objective measurements at all. If you get a job here, join the football pool you'll do better.

Cons

Ever since Teleperformance took over the company has gone downhill. Consistently changing managers on their employees. You start to build a relationship with your manager and they appoint another person from a different office as manager.
