Pros

While it is a double edge, you are given autonomy and left to your own devices fairly regularly if everything is operating smoothly

Cons

Pay, the last round of raises had nothing to do with my work performance. Technology, it would be nice to not have things implemented without testing and yes making changes in production setting just hurts business execution and morale.

Cons

Make Agents take the fall for Managements mistakes, including Compliance mistakes, and will also lie right to your face that the two of you even spoke about the subject.
