Pros

Location easy to find. Office not that large, less than 70 agents. Everyone knows each other. Ease of parking.

Cons

Management and supervisor are family. Lots of favoritism. Lack of training. Inconsistent policies and procedures. Some of the supervisors can be very condescending, rude, and overly cocky. Lots of fraternization in the workplace. Certain job functions have changed which has increased a rapid change of typing which has cause on the job related injuries leading to multiple workers comp claims.

Pay was decent for my position in comparison to other jobs in the area Office was a newly renovated, nice workspace

Cons

Local management is clueless Upper management from corporate office runs the show, no support Everything is about the bottom line with disregard to employee satisfaction
