      There were remote positions offered.

      Cons

      1 day notice of mass layoff HR is basically nonexistent. Sensitive topics needed to be addressed by HR will be passed to supervisors and various other management instead of being a direct conversation with an HR rep. This is a big issue. There is favoritism and it affects the quality of work we served to clients, but management doesn't actually care about good performance. No upwards growth, no raises. Bonuses are like a carrot on a stick; Every opportunity they have to take it away, they will.

      Horrible company, hires anyone

      Pros

      Will hire you if you can pass a background check, no drug tests so if you need a job fast this is it.

      Cons

      No stability, will layoff an entire project with no notice and mark you as furloughed so you can't get unemployment.
