      Super nice coworkers. Plenty of interesting work to go around, at least in my position.

      Cons

      Largest company I've ever worked for, so the line of site to the bottom line is a bit hard to see.

      Pay and benefits are ok. I like the flexibility of the hybrid workplace.

      The culture could use some work. There should be more transparency from the top level. The workload is overwhelming at times and employees are burning out.

      Salary could be more competitive for juniors. Some internal bureaucracy and occasional lack of context in tasks.
