      - Flex work/life balance for most, choice of parking for others. - Generous PTO.

      Cons

      - Unprofessional managers, training is definitely needed. - Select better directors, that don’t breed anger and toxicity, as well as trusted directors. (A quick search with Google or local news can help with that). - HR doesn’t take seriously or follow up with issues.
